Marketing Assistant


Location: Dubai, UAE

Position level: Entry level (Freshers welcome!) 

Reports to: Marketing Specialist / Account Manager

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our expanding digital marketing operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy juggling multiple projects, and have a passion for digital marketing, we want you on our team! In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be key to keeping everything on track across various projects.


Key Responsibilities

Media & SEO Management

• Conduct media audits and track campaign performance.

• Manage, organize, and review SEO (technical audit, meta tags, blog article upload, etc.).

• Prepare and maintain monthly SEO performance reports.

Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors and follow up on project deliverables.

• Assist in client communication by preparing updates and sharing reports.

• Take meeting notes with clear action points.

Project & Timeline Management

• Monitor and Manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

• Follow up with stakeholders on pending tasks.

• Assist with invoicing and proper project documentation.

Skills

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital media performance (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4 and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
