Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR (preferably within engineering, architecture, or professional services industries).
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employer branding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent recruitment skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing both technical and soft skills.
- Ability to design and implement training and development programs tailored for engineers and architects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
- Analytical mindset with experience in workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
- Familiarity with social media recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized job boards).
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and administrative positions.
- Develop clear and tailored job descriptions, screen applicants, and conduct interviews.
- Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Development & Retention
- Assess training needs and design targeted development programs.
- Implement performance management systems and support career path planning.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement initiatives.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Enhance the firm’s reputation as an employer of choice in the engineering and architecture sectors.
- Plan and execute social media recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific job boards.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, associations, and professional networks.
HR Compliance & Workforce Planning
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Monitor workforce trends and provide insights on talent gaps, succession planning, and retention strategies.
