Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or HR (preferably within engineering, architecture, or professional services industries).
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in employer branding, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent recruitment skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing both technical and soft skills.
  • Ability to design and implement training and development programs tailored for engineers and architects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialized job boards).


Responsibilities


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and administrative positions.
  • Develop clear and tailored job descriptions, screen applicants, and conduct interviews.
  • Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new hires.


Employee Development & Retention

  • Assess training needs and design targeted development programs.
  • Implement performance management systems and support career path planning.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and implement improvement initiatives.


Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Enhance the firm’s reputation as an employer of choice in the engineering and architecture sectors.
  • Plan and execute social media recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific job boards.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, associations, and professional networks.


HR Compliance & Workforce Planning

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Monitor workforce trends and provide insights on talent gaps, succession planning, and retention strategies.
