Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and supplies.
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and improve material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and support inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation for material movements, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Adhere to safety standards and participate in warehouse safety programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations and implement best practices.
• Support compliance with ISO standards, quality procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Specialist or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse settings.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
