Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and foster professional growth.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing.
  • Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including BTL activities, events, branding, and billboard promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and achieve the highest ROI for all campaigns.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize campaign reach.
  • Drive the creation of compelling content and promotional materials to support brand positioning.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in the real estate or property development sector and/or at least 7 years in a managerial position with proven experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
