Job Description

• Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for warehouse and industrial projects.
• Support project managers in coordinating MEP activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of MEP installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Assist in the calibration and validation of building management systems (BMS) and related equipment.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all phases of the project.
• Participate in value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Support the continual improvement of engineering processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in MEP engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.
• Basic understanding of building management systems (BMS), calibration, and validation procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
