Key Responsibilities:

o Administer and configure document management and business process solutions.

o Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the system, ensuring high availability and reliability.

o Implement and optimize document management workflows and processes

o Develop and customize templates, forms, and automated workflows to meet organizational needs.

o Provide technical support to users of the system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

o Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate staff on best practices

o Ensure that the configurations adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements.

o Implement and manage security settings to protect sensitive and confidential information.

o Oversee the migration of documents and data into the system from various sources.

o Manage metadata, indexing, and document versioning within the platform to ensure accurate and efficient data retrieval.

o Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate with other enterprise systems and applications.

o Assist in the development and implementation of interfaces and data exchange processes between and other systems.

o Analyze and assess the effectiveness of document management processes and workflows

o Recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, usability, and functionality.

o Generate and analyze reports related to document usage, workflow efficiency, and system performance

o Provide insights and recommendations based on data to support decision-making and strategic planning.


Skills:

· Strong understanding of document management principles and best practices.

· Experience in configuring and managing document workflows and automated processes.

· Knowledge of compliance, security, and data protection standards.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills and ability to train and support end-users.

. Knowledge of Doxis software and its functionalities it's a plus
