- Databricks: excellent knowledge of the platform (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
- Data Governance: experience in defining and applying governance policies, lineage, cataloging, and metadata management.
- Data Quality: implementation of quality controls (e.g., Great Expectations or equivalent).
- Programming languages: advanced SQL, Python (pyspark, pandas).
- Orchestration & Big Data: Apache Airflow, Spark, Kafka.
- Cloud: experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc); knowledge of AWS/Azure is a plus.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Git, GitHub/GitLab CI, Terraform.
Preferred skills (nice to have)
- Certifications: Databricks Data Engineer Associate/Professional, Google Professional Data Engineer.
- Knowledge of Data Lakehouse and/or Data Mesh architectures.
- Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) projects.
