About the Role:

We’re hiring a talented and experienced Store Manager to join our retail operations in Kuwait. You’ll lead a dynamic store team, drive business performance, elevate customer experience, and ensure alignment with brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and optimize store KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate)
• Manage daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, and team development
• Ensure stock accuracy, loss prevention, and proper stock replenishment
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation in coordination with VM team
• Lead by example in delivering top-tier customer service
• Maintain operational compliance, audit readiness, and cash management
• Collaborate with logistics, HR, finance, and product teams to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail
• Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills
• Commercially driven with excellent understanding of retail metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
• Willing to relocate to Kuwait
