Metro Brazil FZCO is a leading e-commerce company specializing in high-quality products for the GCC market, with a strong footprint in KSA. We are expanding our marketing team and seeking a Performance Media Buyer who will drive sales and growth through data-driven paid media strategies.
Role Overview
The Performance Media Buyer will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing multi-platform paid media campaigns that drive measurable results. This role demands hands-on expertise in full-funnel performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce sales and conversions across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Execute full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion) with a focus on sales and ROAS growth.
- Deliver results across diverse objectives, from upper-funnel branding to bottom-funnel performance.
Brand & Marketplace Ownership
- Lead the full-funnel campaign strategy.
- Contribute to marketplace growth through paid media (Amazon.sa, Noon, etc.).
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
- Provide clear, actionable reports on campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize creatives, targeting, placements, and budgets.
Budget Management
- Manage and allocate budgets with financial discipline.
- Ensure efficient spend with maximum ROI.
Collaboration
- Work closely with e-commerce, content, and design teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Contribute strategic input during planning sessions and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on performance media buying experience (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Strong track record in e-commerce campaigns (KSA/GCC preferred).
- Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboard proficiency.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
