Job Description

• Design, develop, and implement mechatronic systems for railroad construction, steel-mill services, and industrial operations.
• Integrate mechanical, electrical, and control systems to optimize machinery performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative engineering solutions.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and user manuals.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of automated equipment and control systems.
• Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives for existing mechatronic systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and operational staff.
• Participate in research and development projects to introduce new technologies and methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in mechatronic system design, integration, or maintenance.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of automation, robotics, and control systems.
• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
