Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent, based in Heliopolis with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for assessing clients' insurance needs, selling appropriate insurance products, managing insurance brokerage activities, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, handling inquiries, offering financial advice, and processing insurance claims and policy renewals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge and experience in the Insurance and Finance industries
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications and licenses in insurance are beneficial
