TrueVoiceSolutions is seeking a Booking Agent / Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve managing bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process for our concrete services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone.
- Schedule and manage bookings for concrete delivery and services.
- Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and availability.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and service execution.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, booking coordination, or a similar role{English Account}.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the concrete industry is an advantage but not required.
