For a big, reputable local Trading company in Cairo, P&M are looking for C&B Specialist to assume the following responsibilities: Work location in Kattameya ring road

• Responsible for the full employee compensation life cycle management; "Offer proposals, salary adjustments and administer these changes on the system after ensuring the required documentation and approvals are available.
• Processing payroll for employees
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budget data, Grading System and, profit share.
• Enhancing & reviewing different company incentives' schemes specificaly sales Incentives
• Participate in salary survey and job mapping to ensure that compensation & benefits are benchmarked against best practices & trends.
• Assist with the performance management including the annual merit increase, bonus & incentive plan process & review
• Compile, prepare, and maintain statistical reports as requested.
