Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Required a Technical office Manager with experience in Infrastructure projects (i.e.: Sewer Networks, Water Networks, Irrigation networks, Electrical and Light current networks, Water treatment plants, Sewage treatment plants, Tanks and Lift station)

Technical Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage Technical Office team.
  • Manage on ongoing projects (Shop Drawings preparation and approvals, Material Selection, submission and approval, variation order evaluation, submission, and approval)
  • Mange Tenders (Study, Evaluation, Technical and Financial offer preparation, and submission).
  • Prepares Budgets for Awarded Tenders.
  • Manage Material Selection and procurement Negotiations for awarded Projects.
  • Review of Client and Subcontractor's Payments.
  • Prepares Relevant reports.
  • prepare/Discuss/Suggest Technical solutions and proposals.
  • Manage Discussions and Negotiations with Subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Managing Cost Analysis and Cost Control for ongoing projects.
  • Ensures maintenance of organized/detailed projects records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Infrastructure projects.
  • Management Experience.
  • High Communication skills.
  • Autocad.
  • Civil 3D.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • English Language.
