Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural shop drawings based on project specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Submit drawings and material submittals
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs and Specs based on drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project.
• Ensure all work aligns with local codes and architectural standards.
• Support procurement by providing specifications and quantities of required materials.
• Maintain drawing logs, submittal schedules, and other technical documentation.
• Prepare Arch Design Drawings
• Prepare Interior and Exterior Designs
• Prepare License Drawings

Qualifications

• Architectural Technical Office Engineer with 3–5 years of experience
• Revit (Advanced)
• AutoCAD (Advanced)
• 3ds Max (Modeling & Rendering)
• Adobe Photoshop (Presentation & Post-production)
• Technical Drawings & Shop Drawings
