Monglish International Academy is looking for a Sales CRM Manager to lead our CRM strategy, boost sales performance, and drive customer service excellence. If you are passionate about achieving targets, improving customer experiences, and building efficient sales processes, we’d love to hear from you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CRM system to support sales and customer service operations.

• Coach and support the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Enhance customer service workflows to ensure high CSAT and retention rates.

• Generate accurate forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards for management.

• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to align strategies and improve results.

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or customer service leadership.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving service KPIs.

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
