Yes Pac Packaging is seeking an experienced Export Manager to join our Commercial Department.

Position Overview:
The Export Manager will be responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies, managing overseas markets, and ensuring smooth export operations. This role focuses on expanding Yes Pac Packaging’s presence in global markets by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Export Strategy Development
• Develop and implement a comprehensive global export strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Identify new international markets and opportunities for growth, focusing on potential product offerings and market entry strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine the most effective export strategies for specific regions.
International Sales Leadership
• Lead the export sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, agents, and clients in global markets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with international customers, ensuring terms are favorable and meet the company’s objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop region-specific promotional campaigns and product positioning.
Compliance & Regulations
• Ensure compliance with all international trade laws, regulations, tariffs, customs documentation, and export controls.
• Stay updated with changes in trade policies, international regulations, and market conditions that could impact export activities.
• Manage the proper documentation for international shipments, ensuring smooth customs clearance and delivery.
Financial Management
• Monitor and evaluate export sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial and market objectives.
• Analyze export costs, pricing strategies, and profitability to optimize financial results.
General Responsibilities
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and present regular reports on export performance and market development.
• Attend international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to promote the company’s products.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in export sales, preferably in packaging, plastics, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of international trade laws, INCOTERMS, and export documentation.
• Proven track record in developing and managing international clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Fluent in English (French/Spanish is an added advantage).
