Roles & Responsibilities
- Study project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand project scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems (LV, MV, ELV, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, BMS, etc.)
- Analyze BOQs, materials, manpower, and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare and review tender documents, compliance statements, and technical submissions.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing, technical clarifications, and negotiations
- Work closely with design, planning, and procurement teams to finalize proposals.
