What You’ll Do:

As an Application Engineer, you’ll provide expert support across multiple systems and platforms. Your work will directly impact how our teams and clients operate, making processes smoother and more efficient. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day application and user support, troubleshooting issues across multiple platforms.
• Support Identity & Access Management, including Okta SSO and AD integrations.
• Automate workflows and integrations using Script Runner and other scripting tools.
• Administer and maintain Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence), including upgrades and plugin management.
• Manage collaboration tools like Slack, MS Teams, and MS Forms, including migrations and consolidations.
• Support customer-facing platforms like Zendesk and internal QA/release tools.
• Assist with cloud and infrastructure projects, including AWS, Cloudflare, and Office 365 migrations.
• Manage data and reporting platforms (Snowflake, Tableau, SharePoint).
• Maintain version control and development tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, SVN, Jenkins, Artifactory).
• Ensure security and access management (NordVPN, Teampass).
