Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Egypt. The Human Resources Administrator will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding processes. This role involves maintaining employee records, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies and programs. The Human Resources Administrator will collaborate with management to address HR matters and support the overall organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience in HR
- HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in onboarding processes and maintaining employee records
- Knowledge of administering benefits and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop HR policies and programs
