The Role:
We are seeking a Telesales Team Leader to manage and drive our telesales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a proven track record in call center management and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide coaching.
- Develop telesales scripts and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Handle escalated calls and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Generate performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategy.
- Define and track team KPIs, ensuring achievement of individual and collective goals across daily, weekly, and monthly benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
- Previous experience as a Telesales Team Leader or Call Center Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Target-driven and capable of working under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
