Job Description

• Preventive Maintenance: Follow up on maintenance plans for Cutting, Stripping, Terminal Crimping, and Sub Splice Machines, ensuring proper documentation and execution.
• Daily Operations & Reporting: Perform daily management tasks, update absence sheets, send shift feedback, and participate in feedback meetings at the beginning and end of each shift.
• 6S Improvement: Control the PM workshop and continuously enhance 6S conditions.
• Audits & Compliance: Complete required audits, close all maintenance-related actions, and ensure check sheets are updated.
• Performance Monitoring & KPI Reporting: Track and report downtime metrics (MTTR, MTBF, downtime ratio, uptime), send weekly KPI reports, and provide shift engineer reports.
• Process Improvement: Follow up on LP and SAP improvement plans, suggest monthly improvement ideas, and submit evaluation sheets.
•  Spare Parts Management: Provide feedback on required spare parts for machines to the WED responsible team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
