Job Description

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects related to water treatment, wastewater management, and steam systems.
• Oversee site investigations, feasibility studies, and technical assessments to ensure project viability and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for civil works.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineers, to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion.
• Supervise contractors and on-site personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support the procurement process by evaluating technical bids and recommending suitable materials and equipment.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in civil engineering, preferably within water treatment, wastewater, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil design principles, construction methods, and relevant codes and standards.
• Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles, from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction and water treatment sectors.
• Ability to work on-site (office-based arrangement) and travel to project locations as required.
