About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing processes, managing resources, and driving cross-functional collaboration to support the company’s growth and strategic goals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and leadership to ensure the organization continues to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to support business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to streamline workflows and achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably in software or technology.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial management, resource planning, and operational KPIs.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
