Job Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our executive office and coordinate team activities remotely. The ideal candidate will also assist with managing social media and client feedback, making this a dynamic and essential role within our growing organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Secretary with administrative tasks and daily coordination
  • Organize team meetings, schedules, and internal communication
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and creating basic content
  • Collect and evaluate client feedback and satisfaction reports
  • Maintain digital filing and ensure smooth remote operations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a must
  • 2-3 years of Previous experience in administrative or executive support roles
  • Background in marketing or customer experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Experience with remote work tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
