Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work from home acceptable. The Key Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing account performance. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments to meet client needs, handling client queries and concerns, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications

• 
  Client relationship management and account management skills
• 3-5 years Experience with sales and client communication
• Strategic planning and performance monitoring abilities
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
