We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with strong cold calling experience to generate leads, qualify prospects, and contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce Flairstech’s services and solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales managers.
- Research target companies to identify decision-makers and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly activity and sales targets (calls, meetings booked, qualified leads).
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through professional communication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent English (B2/C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in cold calling (minimum 1 year in telesales, business development, or a call center sales role).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate Flairstech’s services and value proposition.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
