We’re looking for a CMMI professional to lead process improvement initiatives, drive & lead the compliance with CMMI Development v2.0 (ML3) to acquire the certificate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7–9 years in process improvement, quality assurance, or related roles.
- CMMI Associate certification (Professional certification is a strong plus).
- Proven experience in process different modelling techniques including Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Flowcharts, Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams, Gantt charts, or Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)
- Hands-on experience with at least one successful CMMI appraisal at ML3 or higher.
- Knowledge of related frameworks (ISO 9001, Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma).
- Strong facilitation, training, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with process management tools (e.g., Jira, , process modelling software).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives aligned with CMMI Dev practices.
- Conduct internal assessments to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop, document, and maintain process assets in alignment with organizational standards.
- Mentor and coach team members on CMMI best practices and process adoption.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and functional heads to integrate process improvements into daily operations.
- Prepare the organization for CMMI appraisals, coordinating with the Lead Appraiser and internal stakeholders.
- Track and report on process performance metrics.
Nice to have
- Knowledge in Process Mining tools and techniques to analyse, visualize, and optimize business processes.
- Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge in automation platforms (e.g., UiPath & Automation Anywhere) and process analytics tools (e.g., Celonis).
