Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate all construction activities on-site from inception to handover.
• Review architectural drawings and hospitality-specific design requirements to ensure constructability and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and cost targets.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and interior designers to resolve technical and design challenges.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, health & safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reporting, and quality control checks.
• Manage contractor performance and evaluate subcontractor work.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and hospitality-specific FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the design vision is executed effectively in hospitality spaces (guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, etc.).
• Provide value engineering solutions without compromising quality, functionality, or guest experience.
• Lead handover process, ensuring all operational and maintenance requirements are met for hospitality operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering.
• Proven experience (17+ years), with at least 3–5 years in hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, luxury residences).
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-end projects on time.
