Job summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fleet Supervisor with a background in delivery services to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring fleet operations comply with local and state rules and regulations and RTA laws.
• Finding ways to cut costs and maximized profits.
• Maintain track of all Leased/Owned Vehicles/Equipment.
• Hands-on experience in Vehicle repair & maintenance, its cost, and thorough knowledge of UAE Garage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fleet management role in the delivery services industry. Minimum of 1 year.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Riders/drivers, staff, and clients.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Emails, Following up with Aggregator Platforms, etc.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
