Job summary

We are seeking a Fit-Out Engineer with experience in interior fit-out and finishing works, preferably in commercial, residential, or retail projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site activities related to fit-out works, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the fit-out industry (Gulf experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site execution of interior fit-out works.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure all fit-out works are carried out according to design and safety standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Handle material requisitions, manpower allocation, and tool planning.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure project completion within budget and timeline.
• Follow up with procurement and logistics for timely material delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and site records.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, installation techniques, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
