Job summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fit-out Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects in the UAE/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Skills

• Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
