Responsibilities

  • Assist the Event Manager in executing events across different regions.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to collect and consolidate event-related needs and requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and venue representatives for construction, and logistics planning.
  • Support on-site execution including setup, tear-down, and real-time coordination.
  • Manage inventory tracking, stock management, and logistics for event materials and merchandise.
  • Be flexible to travel for events (international) and work during weekends or holidays when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting or managing events (Web3/blockchain-related events are a strong plus).
  • Experience in exhibition booth construction and vendor management is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Web3 industry and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or inventory management tools.
  • Multilingual capabilities
