Job summary

As a DevOps Manager at Dsquares, you will be responsible for leading and managing the DevOps team and overseeing the infrastructure and processes required to support and deliver our software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DevOps team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and team performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee the implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and release processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices and standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies.
