Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Business Development & Sales

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities by targeting consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users.
  • Drive brand penetration and awareness across the KSA market.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in coordination with the technical support team.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to management on product positioning and competitive pricing strategies.

Operational & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and update CRM with all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and business reports.

Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth order execution.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Communications preferred) or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in Security, Fire, ICT, or Power Solutions industry in KSA.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key accounts.
  • Strong consultant and project market network in KSA (government, commercial, and private sectors).
  • Familiarity with KSA business culture and regulatory environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities (English & Arabic).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

Other Requirements

  • Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Dammam, Riyadh, or Jeddah.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
  • Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudi candidates).
