Job summary

Working as Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of fit out projects, ensuring that they align with client requirements, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience.
• Degree in related subject (BSc Construction or Project management)
• MCIOB/ PMP would be advantageous.
• Experience in pre and post contract in fit-out projects, ideally for commercial offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project team on all Project management activities throughout the full lifecycle of the project.
• Actively manage all project reporting and records keeping
• Take the lead on all construction, scheduling, commercial, procurement, risk, Health and safety management activities conducted by the team.
• Manage all Procurement Activities including prequalification's, tendering and evaluation. Preparation of tender evaluation reports.
