  • Identify new international markets and opportunities for

growth, focusing on potential product offerings and market

entry strategies.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to

determine the most effective export strategies for specific

regions.

International Sales Leadership:

  • Lead the export sales team to achieve revenue and growth

targets in international markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key

distributors, agents, and clients in global markets.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with international

customers, ensuring terms are favorable and meet the

company's objectives.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop

region-specific promotional campaigns and product

positioning.

Compliance & Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with all international trade laws,

regulations, tariffs, customs documentation, and export

controls.

  • Keep up to date with changes in trade policies, international

regulations, and market conditions that could impact the

company’s export activities

  • Manage the proper documentation for international shipments, ensuring smooth customs clearance and delivery.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor and evaluate export sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial and market objectives.
  • Analyze export costs, pricing strategies, and profitability to optimize financial results.
