What is this role about?

  • Setting goals: Identifying sales goals and setting targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts
  • Creating plans: Developing sales plans and monthly forecasting reports to track progress
  • Building the team: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople
  • Providing guidance: Training and mentoring sales representatives, and providing on-the-ground support
  • Motivating the team: Coaching and developing the sales force to ensure high professional standards are met
  • Analysing data: Using sales data to make important decisions
  • Managing accounts: Assigning sales territories and generating leads to divide among sales representatives
  • Running reports: Completing sales reports and other administrative work


Pre-requisites:

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members to achieve their goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and expectations.
  • Sales Techniques: Proficiency in various sales techniques and strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time and priorities for both oneself and the team


Shift Timings: 1.30pm - 1.30am IST


Pay out: 550$ per month
