We’re looking for results driven Inside Sales Rep for GTAP (Greater Asia Pacific)
region. As an ISR, you will sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients
through inbound (queue based) Chats. You will be responsible for uncovering
opportunities, selling the benefits of the Lenovo products and selling against the
competition. You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales
with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will configure,
price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up,
product information and support via Chats. You understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-
winning products and will develop strategies to help new and existing customers find
and implement the best solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Have knowledge of the IT industry, experience with computer-based programs,
and the ability to learn and present hardware portfolios to customers
Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers
while achieving profit and revenue objectives
Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational
customer service
Participate in monthly /quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and
risk of churn and build an appropriate action plan
Ensure that products, services, and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill
their needs
Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity
management to reach high performance goals
Position Requirements:
2-3 years of successful Inside Sales experience
Strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills
Must be ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated
Good problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Experience in a quota carrying sales environment
Comfortable with GTAP countries time zones.
