What You’ll Do:

• Work with senior engineers to design smart, cost-effective production layouts.
• Improve workspaces to reduce strain, repetitive tasks, and inefficiencies.
• Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing tech and trends.
• Analyze production issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Help implement systems that improve planning, control, and cost-efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of industrial processes, Lean Manufacturing, and project management.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D design tools is a plus.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Flexible, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
