Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Zoho applications (e.g., CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, People, Recruit) using Deluge script.

• Build and maintain integrations between Zoho and third-party systems using RESTful APIs.

• Write and maintain Python scripts for automation, data processing, and API interaction.

• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and implementation of Zoho-based solutions.

• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal users.

• Document development processes, customizations, and integration workflows.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in Zoho development or related software development.

• Proficiency in Deluge (Zoho’s scripting language).

• Solid knowledge of Python and experience using it in automation or integration tasks.

• Understanding of REST APIs: request methods, headers, authentication, and JSON.

• Ability to customize Zoho apps and build workflows, blueprints, and custom functions.

• Basic understanding of databases and data structures.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
