Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Control Room Officer, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Control Room Officer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining surveillance equipment, managing alarms, and ensuring the security and safety of the facility. Day-to-day tasks include real-time monitoring, incident reporting, coordinating emergency response, and maintaining accurate logs and records. The officer will also communicate with security personnel and management to address any security breaches or issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and monitoring surveillance equipment
• Proficiency in handling alarms and emergency situations effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in maintaining records and logs
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
• Relevant certifications or training in security operations are a plus
• Previous experience in a control room or security
