Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Patient Services- Agent. The Patient Services- Agent will be responsible for handling appointment scheduling, phone calls and assisting patients, The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Providing excellent customer care through phone calls to new and existing customers.

- Apply and execute call handling and patient service strategy put by department lead.

- Fulfilling department’s monthly and personal KPIS.

- Answer calls and handle issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues as per generations GENETICS policies follow the scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery

- Achieve the desired service levels and raise to the manager necessary action, as needed.

- Prepare reports and submit patient services data.

- Handle and manage social media transactions including inquiries, questions and moderation of Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.

- Respond to different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & What’s App)

- Apply sales strategy of active calls to reach out to new patients.

- Fill needed reports on timely manner

Qualifications

• Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
• Insurance Verification and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Experience working in a Medical Office setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Company Location: New Cairo

Working Days: 5 Shifts: 8 Hours Per Day (Rotational Shifts)
