Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PMIS strategies and frameworks to support project management processes
- Oversee the design, integration, and customization of PMIS tools and platforms
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- Analyze project data, generate reports, and provide insights to support project planning and execution
- Train and support staff in the use of PMIS tools and promote best practices in project data management
- Monitor and evaluate PMIS performance and functionality, recommending improvements as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
- 15 years' experience including 10 years' experience in a similar industry with Middle East project experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in PMIS implementation, administration, and support, with specific expertise in Oracle products
