Egybell is hiring Store Manager for an International Company working in Mobile Phones.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Achieve the sales targets set by the store.
  • Manage pricing and inventory data for the store.
  • Conduct financial management to ensure real-time and accurate data.

Store Management

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
  • Hold daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings.
  • Inspect the store environment (hygiene, hardware equipment, POSM, etc.) to ensure standards are met.
  • Check and maintain display items in the store.
  • Organize monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Plan and execute sales promotions and in-store activities.
  • Ensure store safety and coordinate emergency responses when needed.
  • Collect and submit market insights and competitor information.

Employee Management

  • Monitor employee attendance.
  • Arrange shifts based on customer traffic.
  • Ensure employees maintain professional appearance and behavior.
  • Oversee staff training and performance standards.

Customer Management

  • Ensure excellent customer reception and service.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively.

Other Responsibilities

  • Implement company policies and communicate them clearly to store employees.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure smooth procurement and sales channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of retail management experience in the communications / mobile phones / electronics industry
  • Passion for the 3C technology industry (Computers, Communications, Consumer electronics)
  • Good English level
  • Strong sales data analysis and training organization skills
  • Proficiency in computer operations and office software
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills
