Main responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and implement the Company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management System according to ISO and Group Standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer feedback.
• Ensure product and service compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
• Monitor and improve process capabilities with support from process experts, maintaining communication with stakeholders and supporting regional quality networks.

Job Responsibilities:

Quality Management System

• Manage and ensure compliance of the local QMS with group standards, ISO 13485, and other requirements.
• Ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the QMS and raise awareness at all levels.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies and procedures.
• Organize and optimize PDCA Quality Action Plan reviews.
• Monitor key performance indicators and disseminate global objectives.
• Communicate effectively on QHSE issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Medical Device Regulations

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage medical device registrations and communicate with regulatory authorities.

Customer Satisfaction

• Gather market insights, identify trends, and address weaknesses.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints, collaborate on analysis and action plans to improve satisfaction.

Validation of New Products/Processes/Equipment

• Ensure proper validation following group requirements.
• Prepare product releases and secure market approval.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and support implementation.

Manufacturing Quality

• Ensure the production team has necessary skills and equipment.
• Implement and respect testing methods and quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date site metrology.
• Manage supplier quality levels.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve quality issues using QRQC, 8D, etc.

EHS

• Implement policies & procedures in Environment, Health, and Safety.
• Ensure crisis management procedures are followed.
• Promote EHS awareness among employees and contractors.
• Monitor incidents and collaborate on prevention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and group values.

Candidate Profile

• Experience managing QMS based on ISO standards (ISO 13485, 9001, 14000,
• Understanding of environmental regulations and occupational health & safety requirements.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and problem-solving tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Customer-centric mindset with leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in French and English.
• Experience in the medical device or optical industry is a strong advantage.
