• Lead the development of complex Odoo modules, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that aligns with business requirements.
• Design and implement Odoo customizations, including new features, integrations, and modifications to existing modules, focusing on optimal performance.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to junior developers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging code, and identifying root causes to provide effective and timely solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and API documentation, to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Optimize Odoo performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve system responsiveness and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo versions, features, and best practices, proactively recommending and implementing improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the Odoo ecosystem.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, showcasing a strong foundation in software development principles.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Developer, demonstrating a proven track record of successful Odoo implementations.
• Extensive experience with Python and XML, including proficiency in Odoo's framework for module development and customization.
• Odoo certification (e.g., Odoo Certified Developer), validating expertise and commitment to Odoo best practices.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL database management, including schema design, query optimization, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling the development of user-friendly interfaces and custom web pages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively and delivering projects on schedule.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
