Technical Sales Specialist Role

You will be the primary point of contact for our technical expertise, conducting engaging product demonstrations and presentations. By effectively communicating the value of our services, you will help prospective customers understand how our solutions can address their challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their infrastructure decisions and becoming their go-to resource.

• Provide expert product knowledge and technical consultation to potential clients, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers, ensuring effective communication of the value proposition of our data center services.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role.

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards (e.g., fiber, copper), racking, and power distribution.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.

• Familiarity with network topologies, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP), and concepts (e.g., VLANs, routing).
