Accountabilities.
- Admin Support, Act as technical Owner for Taly payment (SV/MDSL online switches)
- Manage upgrades, Releases SIT for Payment Application (SV/MDSL online switches)
- POS/H2H Integration Implementation and Support owner.
- Second line support For Customer support /CSE issues or conflict management to propose a scoping for Non-Standard Projects. (SV/MDSL online switches)
- Support Product team in Analyst new Product requirements from view of SV/MDSL and communicate with vendors if not supported in current system.
- Cooperate with PD Team to develop current existing products and new products when need
- Verify & Validate Product solution approach with vendor / IT team / request owner when need
- Setup, Configuration of Products on SV/MDSL switches.
- Support Product SIT / UAT & Pilot phase to assure quality of service delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues with payment processing, network connectivity, and online transaction failures.
- Document support requests and resolutions.
- Configure and install new POS terminals and systems
- Assist with the migration of data from old to new systems.
- Stay up to date with the latest POS and payment technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fully aware of End-to-End POS Scheme Certification (Mastercard & Visa & EBC)
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, payment gateways, and online transaction processing.
- Familiarity with various POS hardware and software configurations is a plus.
- Troubleshooting skills for network issues is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of scripting languages or database management can be a plus.
