This role is ideal for someone who understands markets

and fintech, is resourceful, and can think creatively to solve problems. The assistant will work closely

with the Head of markets to ensure smooth operations, partner onboarding, and execution of the

roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

- Research & Outreach: Identify and map out crypto exchanges, OTC desks, wallets, cards, custody

providers, and other relevant players. Collect and organize product details (fees, APY, features) into

comparison-ready data. Assist in outreach to partners for CPA/CPL/revenue-sharing deals.

- Operations & Coordination: Support in creating and updating comparison tables and listings.

Coordinate with dev/design team for content updates and wireframes. Maintain communication trackers

and follow-ups with partners.

- Content & Support: Draft short product summaries, FAQs, and educational snippets for listings.

Monitor industry news and suggest out-of-the-box opportunities (new features, trends, or partnerships).

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and competitor research.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of crypto basics (exchanges, wallets, DeFi, staking, etc.).

- Experience with data research, spreadsheets, and documentation.

- Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented with good communication skills.

- Proactive mindset: ability to think creatively and suggest improvements.

- Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and ability to meet deadlines.

- Bonus: Prior experience in fintech, affiliate marketing, or aggregator platforms.
